All Together

A proposed initiative for Albertsons Associates to with a purpose to unify and give them something to feel proud of and also apart of. This internal, non-customer facing campaign was proposed to help unite the employees across Albertsons owned grocery stores and offer a referral program as an incentive for associates. Rather than trying to offer corporate styled incentives, the program would instead have rewards for recruiting and exceptional work that employees could be excited for.

This project shows 2 proposed concepts for that program.

One team with shared purpose.

Through the difficult times in 2020 as employees needed additional support, the grocers were at constant need of employees and wanting to support the unity amongst Albertsons owned grocery stores, All Together was created to serve as a banner of unity. This unifying message across multiple internal Albertsons owned grocers, backed by corporate with mental health initiatives and bonuses to be provided to employees thru difficulty.
